Country Creations

Country Creations offers certified organic whole grains, stone ground flours and sprouted flours and sprouted grains as well as organic coconut oil and other fine products.

Our hard red spring wheat is 14% protein and is excellent for baking whole grain breads. We also offer other varieties of grains and flours.

We grind our regular flours in a stone mill to ensure that they are ground at a cool temperature to maintain the nutritional quality of the wheat berries.

Our sprouted flours and sprouted grains are made from our whole grains and are dried at 95 degrees also to maintain the nutritional integrity of the grains.

The coconut oil we sell is Certified Organic and is cold  pressed and of high quality.

Country Creations is a member of the Minnesota Grown Association and can be found on the Minnesota Grown website.

My flours, breads and other baked goods along with jams, fruit butter, and other canned items and Wisconsin cheeses can be seen at the farmers market in Mentor, MN.  the second Saturday of each month from 8AM until noon.
